Agenda:

  • Friday night (optional): cocktail party to meet the ski reps and other ski club members
  • Saturday morning:  First half of domestic/canadian ski trip presentations
  • Saturday lunch (included in Activity fee paid)
  • Saturday afternoon:  Start of second half of domestic/canadian ski trip presentations
  • Saturday afternoon break (1.5 to 2 hrs)  Global ski show (visit reps from resorts, tour & lodging companies)  get info, trinkets, give-aways and token gifts)
  • Saturday late afternoon:  Rest of second half of domestic/canadian ski trip presentations
  • Evening break before dinner and dance:  Most clubs gather to discuss which trips they want to vote for on sunday for the next year TSC trips.
  • Saturday evening Dinner (include in Activity fee)  followed by dancing.  Usually lasts until 11pm During the dinner/dance the Silent auction items are displayed for participants to bid on.  Typical items are:  short and week long ski lodging packages, lift ticket packages, liquor and food baskets, clothing, misc merchandise, etc.  All to the highest bidder so bring your check book.
  • Sunday morning:  presentation on all of the international ski and summer trips.
  • Sunday noon:  Delegation votes on all the trips presented and all trips for the following year are know at this time by all who participated. Meeting ajourns

We will need volunteers to help with several of the functions being coordinated by our club.

  • Some volunteers are needed to help with ski rep registration, contact Marti Turner at martikt1@aol.com.
  • We will also need volunteers to help with the silent auction on Saturday night, contact Ellen Eastham at eeastham@prodigy.net.
  • If you plan to participate in the Friday afternoon golf tournament or wine tasting, we will be looking for volunteers to help drive those without cars to get to the events from the hotel. You can also sign-up at all of the next monthly meetings.
